Associate Attorney
Idaho Consumer Law Firm by Leland Faux, Esq, PLLC is a solo, private practice with a public interest focus on assisting individuals who have been mistreated in the marketplace. Many of my clients are low income, elderly, or disabled individuals. Typical cases include vehicle sales, housing matters, debt defense or harassment, and other types of cases. The applicant should have a demonstrated interest in working with the underprivileged.
This position will be a remote position. Most cases are in SE Idaho but I accept cases across the state. Travel may be necessary as need arises. The attorney will assist in all aspects of working up case files.
